- 12 oz fettuccine noodles
- 2 cups cream
- 1/2 cup butter unsalted
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
- pepper fresh ground
- nutmeg (optional)

Instructions
- Boil water, cook fettuccine noodles to al dente, and drain.
- Combine cream and butter in a sauce pan. Heat over medium low until butter is melted.
- Add cheese. Stir to combine. Add pepper to taste.
- Toss noodles with sauce.
- Plate noodles and sprinkle each with a pinch with nutmeg.
