Ingredients
- 48 mini portabella also called crimini, about 2 pounds
- 1 3/4 cups breadcrumbs
- 2/3 cup chopped olives
- 6 anchovies
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons basil leaves about 8 leaves, minced
- 1/2 cup walnuts about 5 ounces, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- sea salt
- pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Brush dirt from mushrooms
- Remove mushroom stems. They should snap off pretty easily.
- Mix remaining ingredients. Test it and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon mixture onto bottom of each cap, and place on baking sheets. If the mushroom caps vary in size, it is best to group the big ones and then the small ones. The small ones will cook in less time.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Use tongs to move them to a fancy serving dish.
