Ingredients
12
ounces
cranberries
1 1/2
cups
sugar
1 1/2
cups
water
2
teaspoons
orange zest
Instructions
Rinse cranberries and pull out any that are not firm
Combine the cranberries with the sugar, water and zest in a sauce pan and simmer over medium heat.
As berries pop they will break down. It is ok if they have a few lumps.
Pour into a serving bowl.
Cool and then cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate over night or for up to a week.
